The Chicago Ridge Park District (Park District) collects personal information required for registration in Park District classes, programs, events and trips.

The Park District does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested, unless required by law.

Should the Park District believe it is necessary to share information in order to address illegal or harmful activities, we will exercise our legal rights and take action accordingly.

CHILDREN

The Park District requires registrations for minors 17 years and younger to be submitted by a parent or guardian. The information collected is necessary to conduct Park District classes, programs and activities.

The Park District uses industry-standard encryption technologies to ensure that your personal and financial information remain safe. Cardholder data is not stored beyond the standards of PCI-DSS, and payment information is encrypted at submission.

Your personal information is accessible only to those employees we believe have a reasonable need to possess it, with the sole purpose of efficiently and safely providing you with the services you requested.

The Park District implements physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in accordance with the governmental regulations.

The Park District reserves the right to make updates to this policy. Should changes be made, notice will provided on the website.
