Ridge Rhythms Dance Cardio Class

Ridge Rhythms is a dance fitness program designed to feel like a party! It's a program that the fit athlete and the shy, uncoordinated beginner can enjoy!  You can blast calories and boost your energy dancing with different types of dance moves and to a variety of music genres.  Ridge Rhythms covers all of the fitness elements-cardio, balance, muscle toning and flexibility in the most fun way!  Come join the party!

Not sure what days you can get in your dance workout?  No problem!

Purchase a Dance Cardio Punch Pass and pay for a set number of days (5 or 10) so you can come when you can!

Passes must be purchased in advance (they will not be sold at the door)

  2. At the Frontier Fieldhouse, 9807 S. Sayre Avenue (made while you wait)

Passes are good for one year from purchase.  Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Stix & Kix Drum Cardio Class

Cardio drumming is a fun new way to exercise!  It’s drumming on a stability ball to fun music, with dance moves thrown in!  And it has so many healthful benefits!  While it raises your heart rate and burns calories, it helps improve coordination and strengthens muscle groups like your arms, legs and core.  The best thing is you don’t have to be a skilled drummer to have a blast in this class!  If you love moving to good music, come join us!

 All equipment provided.  Just a towel and water bottle is all you need!

Open Pickleball

OPEN PICKLEBALL BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 2:
Tuesdays 9am-1pm
Wednesdays 9am-8pm
Thursdays  9am-11am

RESERVE A COURT DURING OPEN PICKLEBALL!  Per Hour Fee: $10 R/$20 NR

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2025, COURT RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE TAKEN FOR WEDNESDAY NIGHT OPEN PICKLEBALL.

OPEN PICKLEBALL RULES

  1. Courts are divided by general skill levels. These levels are self ranked.
  2. Court 1 is a beginner court for those just learning the game.
  3. Courts 2-5 are for general play for those above beginner.
  4. Court 6 is reserved for those who wish to play competitively.
  5. Courts 1 and 6 each have a separate rotation spot. Players waiting on these courts will need to put paddles up on those racks to wait for a game.
  6. Courts 2-5 rotate new players as per the attendance guidelines.
  7. Attendance under 30:  Winners stay on the court but separate into new teams. Losing team must exit and wait for a new spot.
  8. Attendance 31 and higher:  After each game ALL players exit and 4 new players enter.  Announcements will be made if the 4 on/4 off policy goes into effect.

Winter Chair Yoga & Tea

Beat the winter blues and blahs with gentle chair yoga, focusing on movement and stretching. Afterwards we'll have hot tea and cookies and enjoy social interactions and company.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program designed to feel like a party! It's a program that the fit athlete and the shy, uncoordinated beginner can enjoy!  You can blast calories and boost your energy dancing to rhythms such as meringue, salsa, reggaeton and much more.  Zumba covers all of the fitness elements-cardio, balance, muscle toning and flexibility in the most fun way!  Come join the party!

Wellness Reset: Mind & Body

We all need to take care of ourselves and we can help!

This 4 week program will guide participants through some techniques and tips for making busy lives a bit less stressful. In week 1 we will learn some yoga techniques and poses. In week 2 we'll learn some snacks and foods to help gain energy. Week 3 focuses on stress release through meditation, journaling, and more. The final week the goal is on vision boards and goals. Take time for you this season become a better version of yourself.
